Managing Director

Richard is responsible for E-commerce design, development and implementation at KG InterDev. Richard's formal education includes degrees in studio art and business from the University of Iowa.  He is a certified public accountant and has ten years of experience as a tax accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick and Coopers & Lybrand.

In addition to public accountancy, Richard's varied career includes positions as Chief Financial Officer of a Rolls Royce dealership in Fort Lauderdale, FL and and a telecommunications company in Dallas, TX., owner of a film animation company, business development manager for a computer software company, and was a founder of Sud Cable Services, a cable television provider located in the Provence Region of France.

Since 1988, Christian has been designing, developing and delivering award-winning computer software solutions and leading complex business organizations. Christian was president of commercial and Nasdaq-listed Internet software development firm CE Software, Inc. That company was an Internet product pioneer, producing some of the first comprehensive, business-class E-mail solutions as well as being an early adopter of all-digital product sales and delivery.

Prior to CE Software, Christian was the Director of IS for Catalog Media Corporation, a company started by Priceline.com founder Jay Walker to bring the benefits of overnight package delivery to the American catalog consumer.

In 2004, Christian was appointed by Iowa governor Tom Vilsack to a seat on the Iowa Technology Council. The mission of the ITC is to advise the Department of Administrative Services- Information Technology Enterprise in developing information technology standards, strategies and procurement policies for use by state government within the State of Iowa. As a member of a special information technology modernization planning sub-comittee, Christian helped formulate the structure of a proposed Technology Governance Board, which as of March 2005, is being considered by the Iowa legislature for enactment into law.

Christian is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
